- Registration is required for each person with a valid, physical, official ID to access and use our accommodations.
- Official check-in time to the rooms from 2:00 p.m.
- Full payment of the reservation is due upon check-in at the hotel.
- The first night’s stay will be charged to the reservation guarantee card on the day of arrival.
- Official maximum check-out time from the room is 12:00 p.m.
- The jacuzzi, terrace, and solarium are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. They remain closed during rainy weather. Drinks and food from other sources are prohibited.
- The hotel’s quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., out of respect for our guests.
- Room cleaning hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- The hotel reserves the right to inspect and check rooms with red signs every 48 hours without cleaning or for security reasons.
- Our establishment does not allow pets, except for service animals.
- Smoking is prohibited in the hotel except in designated areas such as the terrace or outside rooms with a terrace. (The hotel reserves the right to charge a €250 surcharge to the reservation guarantee card for non-compliance with this policy.)
- In the event of misuse, abuse, or damage to the hotel’s facilities, the hotel reserves the right to charge a supplement (based on the nature and extent of the damage , as well as associated costs to cover cleaning, repair, or replacement) to the reservation’s guarantee card for noncompliance with this policy. Removing any food from the breakfast buffet is prohibited.
- Visits from accompanying guests are only permitted in the lounge, in the room for a maximum of 15 minutes, and always before 8:00 p.m. Access to the terrace is prohibited.
- The hotel is not responsible for theft or robbery occurring within the hotel. Our hotel’s insurance only covers in-room safes, up to a maximum limit.
- Our luggage storage is available to store our guests’ belongings exclusively on the day of arrival and departure. The hotel is not responsible for damage or theft of stored belongings.
- Children up to 2 years old stay free; a crib is available upon request. Children 2 and older will be charged an additional fee per night.
